    Delegates Gearheart and Householder move to amend the bill on page 48, item 35, after line 60 by inserting the following language:

    “From the remaining balances in Local Economic Development Assistance (fund 0256, appropriation 81900) $785,034 shall be reverted to the General Revenue Fund for expenditure.”

And,

On page 48, item 35, after line 60 by inserting a new paragraph to read as follows:

    “From the above appropriation to Local Economic Development Assistance (fund 0256, appropriation 81900), shall be reverted to the General Revenue Fund for expenditure.”

And,

On page 173, item 294, after line 20 by inserting a new paragraph to read as follows:

    “From the above appropriation to Senior Citizens Centers and Programs (appropriation 46200) shall be reverted to the General Revenue Fund for expenditure.”
